Anchurus, son of Midas

Inspired by the gorgeous concept called "Fallen Angel" by Vladimir Matyukhin.

This project was a great exercise in speed and efficiency.
I chose a concept that left a lot of room for interpretation. It assisted me with the general look and idea, but bringing this one to life in 3D was like nothing I've done before. Freedom of direction in art is as oppressing as it is freeing, it was fun to maneuver that balance.
